Domestic shipping rates vary according to the item being shipped. Generally, you can anticipate shipping and handling charges to total about 20% of your order. International shipping rates will differ from one country to another. The actual cost of shipping and $7.00 for handling will be assessed for orders outside the US. If you have special shipping instructions, be sure to note them in the comment box.

Damaged items only may be returned for replacement or credit. There are no returns accepted or refunds given for books, packets, cross stitch patterns, or CD's.
